SUMMARY

Provide administrative and operational support to the company’s internal areas,
ensuring the accurate creation, management, and follow-up of purchase orders in
SAP OTC, as well as the coordination of donations, events, invoicing, and tender
processes. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal
procedures, financial controls, and applicable compliance policies within the
pharmaceutical industry.

RESPONSABILITIES

* Create, modify, and follow up on purchase orders in SAP MM, verifying that
vendor information, cost centers, general ledger accounts, materials,
services, quantities, and values are accurate.
* Monitor the purchase order approval workflow and take the necessary actions
to resolve blocks, inconsistencies, or delays.
* Coordinate with internal users, vendors, Finance, Proc
