Job Title: Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to help define and industrialize manufacturing processes for cutting-edge rolling stock projects in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona). This is a role with real impact, ensuring products are designed, validated and manufactured efficiently, safely and with the highest quality standards.

Your role, your impact
• Define manufacturing processes and associated industrial equipment for new products• Contribute to product design in co-engineering mode, ensuring industrial requirements are considered from the earliest stages• Develop industrial documentation,



including manufacturing instructions, industrial data sheets and process follow-up documentation• Perform line balancing, workload estimation and workstation layout design, optimizing ergonomics and EHS compliance• Lead and support process validation activities including P-FMEA, FAR and FAI• Support production teams in achieving Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets and industrialize engineering changes when required

What you bring

• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering• 5 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering, ideally within the railway industry• Strong knowledge of Process Engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing and Lean Manufacturing principles• Experience using ERP
