JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Tech Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and support HBX




Group’s growth as a leading Travel Tech company. This role has a strong
technology and AI governance focus, providing legal support to the Technology
and Global Procurement departments on daily business decisions, contractual
matters, and risk prevention.
The position will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating Technology and
non-Tech contracts, advising on AI‑related agreements and governance, and
ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements. The role supports
Fintech and Insurtech teams as well on their day-to-day business decisions,
assisting with the contract negotiation and considering the regulatory framework
worldwide. The position also supports regional commercial legal teams on
Technology, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection matters, working
collaboratively with cross-functional areas such as Tax, Compliance, and HR to
deliver cohesive and aligned legal advice.
