What we typically look for
Strong professional experience developing software in modern C++
Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures and object-oriented design
Experience building performant, scalable and maintainable systems, with strong debugging and optimisation skills
Experience in one or more areas such as gameplay systems, game engines, graphics, developer tooling, platform or backend engineering
Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, version control and modern development practices




A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex technical problems
