The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute
addressing general public health challenges through research, translation into
policy and education. ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and
non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and
applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to
the population level. Research is organized in five programs: Climate, Air
Pollution, Nature and Urban Health; Environment and Health over the Lifecourse;
Global Viral and Bacterial Infections; Malaria and Neglected Parasitic Diseases
and Maternal Child and Reproductive Health. ISGlobal is accredited with the

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

ISGlobal is looking for a full-time Project Manager that will coordinate the
overall execution of the ACROBAT project, with support of the scientific and
clinical coordinators, ensuring alignment with project objectives, agreed
timelines, resources and quality standards,



providing input and support to the
research team and the partners linked to the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead overall ACROBAT's implementation, according to scientific and
operational work plan.

* Ensure that project activities are implemented according to project
objectives and timelines

* Identify and escalate issues through existing channels.

* Monitor the project progress with identified project management tools and
data analysis software, and promote timely decision-making.

* Monitor project adherence to the legal frameworks, written protocols,
procedures and agreements with the funders/sponsors.

* Meet with project’s PI and WP leaders, technical teams, budget holders and
grants managers to review project expenditure, and provide support as
requested in planning the next year’s budget.

* Guide timely procurement of resources and items necessary to execute study
protocols and activities.
