What we look for?
We are looking for a Backend Java/Spring Boot Developer with Camunda 8 to join an international Agile team.
The idóneo candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Camunda 8, strong expertise in Java and Spring technologies, and a passion for building scalable and high-quality solutions in a microservices environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and evolve software components aligned with team priorities and product roadmap.
Design and implement Camunda 8 BPMN processes and workflow solutions.
Ensure software quality through best practices, code reviews,
and Agile methodologies.
Define, implement, and maintain automated tests.
Coach and support junior team members.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Take ownership of software delivery, ensuring quality and scope expectations are achieved.
Contribute to technical design and architecture documentation.
Work effectively with partner technology teams across different locations.
Refine epics and user stories from a technical perspective.
Create technical documentation and deliver presentations on new features, technologies, and components.
Support the product, the team, and the Camunda community of practice.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Camunda 8.
Experience designing and implementing BPMN processes using Camunda 8.
