Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support our growing HR team in Madrid. This role is idóneo for an HR professional looking to develop expertise across employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and Workday administration.

A key focus of this position will be supporting managers and employees throughout the performance management process, including the coordination and administration of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs),



documentation management, progress tracking, and employee communications. The successful candidate will also support employee lifecycle activities, HR reporting, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Employee Relations

Support the HR Director in administering performance management processes across the employee lifecycle.
Assist in drafting, tracking, and maintaining Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Monitor employee progress against agreed performance objectives and milestones.
Coordinate performance review meetings, PIP check-ins, and follow-up discussions between managers and employees.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure performance records comply with company policies and local employment regulations.
Support investigations, employee relations matters, and disciplinary documentation as required.
