Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Global Trade Analyst to support the company's global export compliance program. This role will be responsible for managing customer due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, export compliance operations, policy and procedure development, trade compliance systems, and process automation initiatives.



The position will play a key role in enhancing Supermicro's global compliance framework through the implementation and administration of SAP automation workflows, denied party screening, compliance automation, and continuous process improvements.The Senior Global Trade Compliance Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Revenue, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure compliance with U.S. export controls, sanctions regulations, and integral trade requirements while supporting Supermicro's continued growth in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and advanced technologies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Export Compliance Operations

Support day-to-day export compliance activities involving U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), OFAC sanctions, and other global trade regulations.
Conduct export compliance reviews involving customers, end users, distributors, resellers, and international transactions.
Support export license determinations, license exception reviews, advisory opinions, and regulatory interpretatio
