Right now, we are looking for a Content Lead to lead our content roadmap for the Simple and Kova apps, with an important hands-on emphasis. You’ll elevate how millions of users experience guidance, coaching, and habit-building inside our apps.



This is a high-impact role where content directly shapes activation, engagement, behaviour change, retention, and long-term outcomes for our users.

What You’ll Do

Own the content roadmap, fully aligned with product direction and strategy, user behaviour insights, and quarterly priorities;
Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into the product: onboarding, coaching, habit-formation journeys, interventions, copy and communication principles, workbooks and printable guides, content experiments, and content feature launches;
This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be expected to produce and refine high-quality content yourself, together with a content manager: in-app articles, behaviour-change content, videos, scripts, guides, and social formats;
