Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Esthetician to join our team in Madrid.

This is a part-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will perform personalized facial and body treatments aligned with Youth Code’s wellness philosophy, creating exceptional client experiences through expertise, care, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

* Perform customized facial and body treatments.
* Conduct consultations and skin/body assessments.
* Design personalized treatment plans and recommend suitable products.
* Provide hair removal services safely and effectively.
* Perform lymphatic drainage and body contouring treatments.
* Operate aesthetic technologies, including Indiba, electrostimulation, and similar devices.




* Educate clients on skincare, wellness, and lifestyle habits.
* Support retail sales through thoughtful product recommendations.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and treatment documentation.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

* Professional training in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
* Experience in facial and body treatments.
* Knowledge of maderotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and aesthetic technologies.
* Experience with hair removal treatments.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Sales and product recommendation experience.
* Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* Ability to work in a collaborative, wellness-focused environment.
* Comfortable communicating in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
