Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sales Director to manage the acquisition of new mid-market logos across Europe. This role demands strategic leadership in navigating complex buying centers, creating consistent territory plans, and driving performance through others.

The Sales Director will also develop and execute market strategies,



work closely with partners, and identify new opportunities to drive incremental growth. This position is crucial in leading our mid-market efforts in the DACH, Benelux, France and Central European region, especially in industries like automotive, discrete manufacturing and retail where supply chain management, in specific logistic and transportation management, is key.

Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Drive the sales process to close won with new long-term logos driving sustainable business growth
Complex Contract Negotiation: Lead high-stakes contract negotiations for large-scale solutions, balancing prospects needs with company objectives.
Market Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive market plans and strategies for long-term growth, incorporating business needs, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.
Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners to drive joint go-to-market
