We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to become the heart of our office operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient workplace experience for employees, visitors, and partners alike.

Your Role Highlights – Your Responsibilities

You will coordinate daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of workplace services.
You will welcome visitors, manage access control, and act as the first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
You will support employees with office-related requests and coordinate internal communications.
You will manage office supplies, canteen services, meeting room bookings, and documentation processes.
You will coordinate and follow up with external service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, vending, and other facility-related suppliers.




You will manage and monitor tickets through, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
You will support the management of orders, consumptions, and invoices through SAP and other internal systems.
You will maintain and update operational data and reports.
You will monitor office-related KPIs, helping to identify improvement opportunities and optimize costs and services.
You will proactively anticipate workplace needs and contribute to a positive employee experience.
