About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Owner to help turn business and merchant needs into clear, deliverable product work.
You will work closely with engineering, QA, support and commercial teams to manage the backlog, clarify requirements and help deliver improvements across our checkout, merchant tools and eCommerce integrations.
This role is idóneo for someone with a solid product foundation who enjoys getting into the detail,
solving practical problems and learning how technical systems are built.
You do not need to be a payments expert. What matters most is that you understand APIs, are familiar with eCommerce and are comfortable working closely with engineers.
What you'll do:
Own and maintain the backlog for a technical engineering team.
Turn business requirements, merchant feedback and technical discussions into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise work based on merchant impact, business value, technical effort and urgency.
Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
Work closely with engineers and QA throughout delivery, helping resolve questions, edge cases and blockers.
Coordinate product releases across checkout, merchant tools and API-driven integrations.
Review API documentation and translate technical requirements into practical product decisions.
