Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead sizing and planning for the Albacete site expansion, harmonising on-site and off-site solutions to meet growth. You will orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain a rigorous roadmap to achieve on-time EIS for programs. You will supervise infrastructure scopes and manage risks, ensuring alignment with national plans and government industrial agreements. The position offers a strategic, impact-focused role shaping site growth and execution.

• Develop site sizing scenarios balancing on-site and off-site approaches
• Lead cross-functional coordination with FMRE, HSE, Security, and IT
• Create and maintain roadmaps to ensure timely Entry into Service (EIS) for programs
• Oversee scope of new constructions and ongoing projects
• Identify bottlenecks, escalate critical conflicts, and drive intermediate solutions




• Align site activities with National H/C Plan and government agreements, including subsidies related to infrastructure
• Ensure governance for risk management and compliance in aerospace context

Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years in PMO or Lead Project Management role
• Experience in large-scale industrial site expansions or infrastructure ramp-up
• Proven track record with government or national strategic plans
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organisation
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (essential for government liaison)
• Familiarity with HSE and security protocols in industrial aerospace sites
