Experteer Overview
As Automation u0026amp; RPA Engineer in Eurofins’ European IT team, you will drive process optimization and automation across IT and business workflows. Based in Barcelona, you will help scale automation, deliver practical solutions, and contribute to AI-enabled initiatives. You will work with a globally distributed team supporting European Laboratory businesses and play a key role in digital transformation. This is a chance to shape efficient IT operations and enable smarter, AI-assisted processes across the organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify automation opportunities across IT and business processes
• Develop RPA workflows and scripts (Power Automate, Python, PowerShell)
• Automate repetitive activities (reporting, data handling, reconciliation, IT support processes)




• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (copilots, intelligent agents)
• Continuously improve and scale automation solutions

Responsabilidades
• ~2-6 years of experience in automation/RPA/scripting/process improvement
• Hands-on with Power Automate/RPA tools, Python, PowerShell or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Good English and ability to work in an international team
