About the role

We are looking for an Account Director to lead key regional client relationships, shaping strategic direction, elevating creative thinking, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth across markets.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,



creative environment and is equally comfortable setting the vision and rolling up their sleeves to deliver it. You know how to solve complex business challenges for brands and how to mobilize teams to make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth

· Serve as the senior client partner, developing trusted relationships with global brand stakeholders.

· Understand client business goals, category dynamics, and consumer behaviors to shape forward-thinking strategies.

· Translate briefs into actionable, insight-led creative opportunities with measurable business outcomes.

· Lead account growth by identifying new opportunities, deepening client engagement, and driving organic expansion.

· Contribute to new business initiatives, general pitches, and network collaborations.

Global Strategy & Market Insight

· Lead strategic planning for brand and campaign initiatives across key global regions.
