YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES




Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements
Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infor LN Financial consultant with Solid understanding of finance processes and their integration into Infor LN system
Degree in Business Administration,
