We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and execute Mitiga's B2B demand generation strategy. You'll lead a small team of external partners and drive impact across every channel, focusing on what moves the needle. This role is centered on generating qualified leads through inbound marketing, SEO, digital campaigns and website optimisation, while ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth and revenue.

You'll market to technical buyers in infrastructure, energy and financial services, translating complex science into clear commercial value while strengthening Mitiga's market presence,



messaging and brand.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

Own the full funnel: build and optimise multi-channel B2B lead generation programmes across SEO, inbound marketing, paid acquisition, organic channels, partnerships and selected industry events.
Refine our existing ICP across infrastructure, energy and financial sector audiences, aligning marketing activity with commercial and revenue goals.
Work closely with the AE and BDR teams to convert inbound leads, support outbound campaigns and maximise pipeline generation.
Track, report, and continuously improve conversion metrics across the funnel

Strategy & Brand

Support our go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with the Commercial team.
Strengthen Mitiga's positioning, messaging and value proposition across our website and marketing channels, translating climate risk capabilities into concrete value for operational,
