At DM Properties Knight Frank, we are looking for a creative, proactive and visually minded Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will play an active role in creating, adapting and publishing content across our different communication channels.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design, confidence using digital tools and hands-on experience with social media, graphic design, photography, video and online content. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will manage a variety of projects independently, from preparing newsletters and adapting presentations to publishing website content, creating social media assets and producing simple photo and video content.
This is an adecuado role for someone who enjoys variety, is highly creative and wants to contribute to a premium brand in the luxury real estate sector.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Take an active role in planning, coordinating and delivering the company's marketing activities.
Design and adapt both digital and print marketing materials, including social media assets, brochures, signage,



magazine advertisements and presentations.
Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Produce simple photography and video content during property visits, open houses, company events and team activities.
Edit photos and videos for the website, social media, newsletters and marketing campaigns.
Publish and update content across the company website and other digital channels.
Keep up to date with industry and social media trends, suggest new ideas and help maintain a consistent visual identity across all communications.
Manage selected marketing tasks and projects independently, working closely with the Marketing Director.

ABOUT YOU

Degree or relevant experience in visual communication, digital marketing, graphic design, audiovisual production, social media or a related field.
A strong visual eye and an understanding of photography, compos
