This position is open to candidates based in Spain, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, or Brazil. Candidates must be able to work aligned with LATAM business hours. Residency in one of these countries is required.

What will your responsibilities be?
Handling user inquiries via email.
Managing and tracking escalations.
Monitoring SLAs.
Providing support for course integration across different LMS platforms.
Documenting processes.
Tasks related to the management of all types of training and development activities, especially platform administration.
Creating help articles and user guides.
Developing training materials such as webinars and video tutorials.

What do you need?
Knowledge of uploading, validating, and verifying the traceability of SCORM packages on platforms.
Strong communication skills to resolve customer queries and potential issues via phone and support tools.
Customer management experience.
High level of English C1 (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory).
Documentation skills.
Good command of Microsoft Offi
