Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Level 1 IT Support to join our team.
As a Level 1 IT Support you will be in charge of assisting the group’s technical infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
Your Journey
Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networks).
Assist users with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), ERP and PMS platforms, and general SaaS tools used by the company.
Log and follow up on tickets via the company’s ticketing system (e.g. Asana/Jira).




Perform basic setup and maintenance of devices.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
What do you bring to your trip
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN) and basic troubleshooting.
Experience with SaaS platforms and user administration.
Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Strong customer orientation and clear communication.
Proactive attitude and ability to follow support protocols.
Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
