What will be your mission?
As a Talent Management Specialist, you support the execution of talent strategies by contributing to talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives for high‑potential employees across 3 integral functions (HR, Finance and Governance).
You focus on the data and insights side of talent management,



tracking pipeline health, analysing readiness, and supporting calibration processes to inform decision‑making.
You also provide project management support for key talent initiatives, ensuring coordination, tracking progress, and enabling effective delivery across stakeholders.
Through these contributions, you help enable targeted development actions and support the build of a strong, future‑ready leadership pipeline aligned with business priorities.
What will you do?
Talent Processes Execution
Support the execution of talent management processes by preparing data and materials for talent reviews, assessments, succession planning, and development actions. Consolidate outcomes from talent discussions across GHR, GOV, and GFI to ensure consistency and visibility.
Succession Planning
Support succession planning activities for leadership populations by tracking pipelines in TalentLink and other
