As the SCADA Manager (Utility-Scale Solar PV & BESS), you will lead the design, coordination, implementation, and technical management of SCADA systems for utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete SCADA engineering lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary engineering activities, coordinating with clients, suppliers, EPC partners, and internal teams, while ensuring compliance with international standards,



cybersecurity requirements, and grid connection regulations. This role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver complex renewable energy projects across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all SCADA engineering activities throughout project execution.
Manage the preparation, review, and approval of SCADA system design documentation for utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
Define SCADA system architecture, communication network topology, system block diagrams, interface drawings, and overall control philosophy.
Review and approve communication layouts, fiber optic layouts, network architecture drawings, equipment connection diagrams, and SCADA system architecture documentation.
Oversee the preparation and validation of: Signal Lists, I/O Lists, Tag Lists, Protocol Mapping Tables, Alarm Lists, Data Point Schedules
