FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for an energetic, creative and highly organized Community & Engagement Specialist to strengthen relationships with BUSUP’s customers, passengers, partners, and prospects through relevant engagement initiatives.
This role combines user engagement, content creation,



events management and relationship building. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to increase brand awareness, improve loyalty and service adoption, and generate qualified business opportunities.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
User Engagement & Community Events
Design and execute on-site activation events in active business parks. Also create referral initiatives and targeted engagement campaigns aimed at increasing companies’ engagement.
Build and nurture an engaged community of customers, passengers, partners, and advocates.
Develop engagement campaigns that support onboarding, service adoption, loyalty, referrals, feedback, and reactivation.
Create newsletters, community updates, surveys, push messages, and event communications tailored to each audience.
Manage relevant community channels, encourage participation, and turn user feedback into actionable insights.
