THE ROLE

As a DevOps Engineer in the Data Ops team you will build and maintain data systems to ensure data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers in the Data Ops team and DevOps peers in the Product organisation,



acting as a liaison between them. You will deliver DevOps best practices across the DataOps services and infrastructure, while creating synergies and reducing infrastructure costs.

In the DataOps team you will be a self-motivated and engaging engineer who understands the importance of customer-centric solutions. You will work with ambiguous projects, and you will drive innovation through rapid collaboration with your peers and also with colleagues from other parts of the organization.

You will either be a Software Engineer who has worked in a complex Development Environment and has examples of project work designed to improve efficiency; or a Systems Administrator with a keen interest in Application Development with strong scripting skills and examples of involvement in Software Development projects. In both cases you will have a passion for automation, data management and product quality.
