About the Role
We're looking for a performance-focused Video Editor to create high-converting direct response ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other paid channels.

This isn't a cinematic editing role. We care about hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and conversions. Every edit should be built to sell.

You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists to turn scripts into ads that capture attention, keep viewers watching, and drive purchases. The best editors don't just cut footage—they understand the message, choose the right visuals for every sentence, and make every second count.

Proven experience editing videos for DTC eCommerce brands (required)
Strong portfolio of high-performing direct response ads
You take the time to truly understand the script before editing. You know how to find the perfect visuals, B-roll, UGC clips, stock footage, AI-generated assets, and motion graphics to reinforce every line of the script.
