Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Conversational Engineer with a proven track record in voicebots to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of conversational AI solutions.
The consultant will be involved in a major customer experience transformation project, working on two distinct platforms:
Cognigy (NLU + LLM)
Internal AI Agent Foundry (LLM / AI Agents)

This is a hybrid role combining:
Engineering (setup & integration of voicebots)
Prompt Engineering (design & optimization of interactions)
Conversation Design (structuring user journeys & conversation guidelines)

The role requires a versatile profile, capable of managing the full lifecycle of a voicebot while ensuring a smooth, high-performing, and business-aligned user experience.

Main Responsibilities :

Engineering & Integration: Configure and deploy voicebots on Cognigy and internal Foundry; integrate NLU/LLM modules; manage STT/TTS components
Prompt Engineering: Design, draft, and optimize robust prompts; structure hybrid NLU + LLM flows; ensure output quality and consistency
Conversation Design: Define intents, entities, and user journeys; design conversation guidelines (tone, style, fallback); align solutions with business use cases
Testing & Continuous Optimization: Implement performance KPIs (intent recognition rate, fallback rate, user satisfaction); test, measure, and iterate for continuous improvement
Collaboration & Advisory: Work closely with business and technic
