Key Responsibilities:
Compile, organize, and maintain academic data, records, and reports in accordance with institutional procedures.
Provide administrative support to faculty members and academic departments, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Assist in the coordination and execution of academic projects, programs, and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in academic systems and databases, ensuring compliance with administrative and legal requirements.
Monitor academic processes and provide information and support when required.
Support the preparation of academic documentation, schedules, meetings, and departmental communications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery to students and faculty.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiativ
