What You'll Do

Own the architecture for specific functional areas and components, ensuring it is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall architectural strategy.
Collaborate with the central Architecture team to understand the company's architectural vision, standards, and guidelines.
Partner closely with Product Leaders to understand mid- and long-term product strategies and define architectural roadmaps accordingly.
Align with key technical stakeholders (e.g., DevOps, Application Security, Platform, and Database teams) to ensure architectural consistency across the organization.
Define and validate the non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability) required by technical solutions, ensuring they are incorporated into the overall solution design.




Empower development teams to actively participate in solution design while ensuring alignment with architectural principles, standards, and business requirements.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to break down technical solutions into realistic delivery plans, including scope, sizing, milestones, implementation phases, dependencies, and build order.
Provide ongoing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Identify, prioritize, and drive architectural and technical initiatives that continuously improve products while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Remain hands-on by contributing high-quality code when needed, supporting strategic projects, evaluating new technologies, and developing proofs of concept (PoCs).
