The Role: You own static and lifestyle ad creative across Google end to end, by yourself. That covers GDN, Demand Gen, and Performance Max. That means the thinking and the making:



research the market, define the avatars and personas, find the angles, then concept, design, generate, and ship. You build direct response statics that convert cold, top of funnel traffic and pair with advertorials, and you build the lifestyle imagery PMax and Demand Gen run on. You do not wait for a strategist to hand you a brief, and you do not hand a layout to someone else to finish. This is a full ownership role for a designer who thinks like a marketer. We test creative at volume and buy against real spend, so your work is live within days, not quarters. You read what converts and you make the next round better.
