HR Project Management and Governance (HR PMO)

Help drive the successful delivery of our integral HR agenda. As our HR Project Management and Governance professional, you will act as the governance,



execution and transformation backbone of the HR function, bringing structure, visibility and discipline to key HR initiatives, leadership routines and strategic priorities. Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help ensure decisions translate into action, risks and dependencies are actively managed, and strategic initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

Coordinate HR governance activities, including HR leadership meetings, governance forums, workshops, HR seminars and the annual governance calendar.
Maintain oversight of the HR project and transformation portfolio, tracking milestones, deliverables, ownership, risks, dependencies and escalation points.
Support CHRO on executive presentations, governance packs, reports and committee materials to support effective decision-making by HR leadership, the Executive Management Team and other r
