We are currently seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team in Marbella.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
Set up and prepare restaurant, dining, and service areas before service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and follow established service procedures.
Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.




Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Assist with stock control and replenishment when required.
Support practical learning activities involving students and instructors where applicable.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented working environment.
Promote the values and standards of Les Roches through excellent guest service.
