POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth and market development across the assigned territory by promoting the Teleflex Global Urology Care portfolio within both Hospital and Homecare environments. The role requires a customer-focused sales professional capable of developing long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams and Homecare providers. Through commercial excellence, clinical understanding and strategic account management, the Sales Representative will identify growth opportunities, support product evaluations, deliver clinical education and execute territory business plans aligned with the Iberia commercial strategy. As Homecare becomes a strategic growth pillar within Spain, this role will actively contribute to its development while maintaining a strong focus on the hospital business. Assigned territory: Andorra, Aragón, Cataluña, Comunidad Foral de Navarra, Comunidad Valenciana and País Vasco.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve annual sales,



market share and profitability objectives within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan focused on Hospital and Homecare growth.
• Build long-term relationships with Urologists, Urology Nurses, Continence Nurses, Procurement and Pharmacy Departments, Homecare providers and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Promote the complete General Urology Care portfolio using value-based selling.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical support and customer training.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, including competitive conversions.
• Support public tenders, pricing initiatives and contract implementation.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunities and account plans in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs.
• Represent Teleflex at congresses, workshops and customer educational events.
