The Business Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Business One, ensuring business users receive timely and effective support while maintaining the stability and performance of our ERP environment. This role requires someone with hands-on SAP Business One experience who can investigate issues, understand system configuration, and identify root causes rather than simply resolving tickets. In addition, the role supports connected business systems, implementations,



and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting.
Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration.
Work closely with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
Manage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact.
Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and escalate structural issues when required.
Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
