We are a fast-growing Chinese consumer electric vehicle (EV) and automotive brand preparing our full-scale launch across Europe. As Automotive Sales Manager (Spain) you will be the key local driver for building and scaling our dealer network, marketing activities, and sales performance in Spain market. You will combine hands-on sales support, dealer development, marketing execution, and local market intelligence to help us rapidly establish a strong brand presence and achieve ambitious sales targets in one of Europe’s most promising EV markets.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role idóneo for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and wants to play a central part in bringing a modern Chinese automotive brand to Spain.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual marketing and channel development plans for Spanish market, including brand promotion, digital marketing campaigns, channel expansion, and local activation to drive sales targets.
Build, develop, and manage the local dealer network: recruit, onboard,



and continuously improve dealer sales capabilities; provide training, tools, and support to maximise dealer performance and lead conversion.
Manage local media, KOLs, influencers, and strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness, reputation and engagement among Spanish consumers and fleet customers. Monitor the effectiveness of market activities, providing data insights and strategic optimization recommendations.
Design and optimise channel incentives and marketing support programmes (promotions, bonuses, co-marketing funds) to boost dealer motivation, marketing efficiency, and overall terminal (dealer) performance.
Monitor local market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, sales data, and inventory levels: provide regular analysis and recommendations to adjust marketing, channel, and sales strategies in real time.
