The Global Experience Office (GEO) at IE University is responsible for the exchange programs of undergraduate students, including outgoing and incoming students, and for the relationship with over 250 top partner universities around the world. This position will be in IE University Madrid campus at the IE Tower.
The GEO assistant helps the department’s Incoming Team in the operational activities required. It is also a point of contact with students on a day-to-day basis and with partner universities when required. The assistant will carry out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of exchange programs,



and will also support in the coordination with other academic and administrative units within IEU.
The GEO assistant will report directly to the leadership of the Global Experience Office, under the Vice-Rectorate of Global Academic Partnerships & Alliances.
