About the Role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced VP Sales & Revenue – Hotels & Resorts to lead the commercial strategy across our growing hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO – Hotels & Resorts, this executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing commercial performance, and building a scalable Sales & Revenue organization to support the expansion of our portfolio from 10 to 30 properties.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the global Sales & Revenue strategy across the Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
Build and lead a high-performing, scalable commercial organization.
Set commercial objectives, KPIs,



and performance standards across all properties.
Partner closely with General Managers, Marketing, Finance, Development, and Operations to maximize business performance.
Represent the company at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.

Sales & Distribution
Lead the commercial strategy across all revenue-generating channels, including:
Global Sales
MICE
Leisure
Corporate & Integral Key Accounts
Representation Offices
Luxury Consortia
Wholesalers & Bedbanks
OTA Partnerships
Drive strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and optimize channel performance while protecting rate integrity and profitability.

Revenue Management
Lead the group-wide Revenue Management strategy.
Oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and segmentation.
Implement best practices and scalable commercial systems across the portfolio.
