About The Role

The mission for this role is to position Scrambly as a premier player in the market and a top competitor among the largest rewarded traffic sources. You will be responsible for securing major Chinese advertisers.

As the first and only Chinese-speaking Sales Manager, you will act as the vital bridge between advertisers and our internal Account Management team.



This role requires high independence and the ability to drive strategic business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Responsible for sourcing advertisers, initiating conversations, following up, and closing deals to the point of signed IOs
Market Expansion & Growth:
Achieve high performance by securing up to 13 new advertisers per quarter
Achieve a $2M per month book by the end of January
Industry Engagement: Attend 3–7 key industry conferences per year, including China Joy, to build and maintain relationships

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in performance user acquisition with a focus on the Chinese market
Proven track record of closing top-tier Chinese advertisers, including Microfun, Lilith, Zero Gravity, Century Games, Higgs, and similar companies
An existing Chinese advertiser network that can be immediately activated for Scr
