PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Senior HR Operations Specialist (P&ED; Senior Specialist), inside of a cooperative team, you will provide support to business, employees and P&C; Team ensuring efficient, precise, timely and cost-effective services, providing support in implementing employment-related processes to ensure alignment with PMI Guidelines and Local Legislation. Act as an advisor for all P&C; services and deliver exceptional employee experience by putting employee experience at the center of what we do.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Payroll
Provide advisory support and resolution for complex payroll-related issues,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Manage local payroll change requests (CRs) and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
Close collaboration with key stakeholders involved in issuing/executing the Spanish payroll to ensure timely and accurate cycles based on the payroll calendar defined.
Vendor management: establish and manage relationships with service providers, ensuring service level agreement is met, and scalations and handled promptly.

Personnel administration
Provide support to employees and People Managers on employment-related processes, including voluntary terminations, dismissals, employment contracts, working time reductions, and leaves of absence.
