Today, we operate in more than 10 countries and partner with brands including Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, DiDi and many more.

As we continue to invest in our commercial organisation, we've brought our Business Development team together in Barcelona to build a collaborative international hub. We're now looking for a native French-speaking Business Development Manager to help grow one of our most strategic markets.

The role

This role combines two key responsibilities:

New Business

The majority of your time will be dedicated to generating new business. You'll own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.

Strategic Growth





You'll also work closely with the French General Manager to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic customer accounts, helping expand existing partnerships and uncover new commercial opportunities.

Beyond your own pipeline, you'll contribute to improving our sales playbook, messaging and AI-driven workflows by sharing what you learn from the market.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first three to six months, you'll:

Build a consistent pipeline through outbound prospecting
Manage opportunities confidently from first conversation to close
Close your first new customers
Adapt our messaging to the French market
Contribute ideas that improve how we sell
Collaborate closely with the French General Manager and the integral Business Development team
