Why This Role Matters
Ceres AI already has an established customer base in Portugal & Spain, supported by a highly capable Customer Success Manager. This role is responsible for protecting and growing that base - leading renewals in partnership with the existing CS team - while personally driving new business with Spain as the near-term growth priority and Portugal as part of the regional remit.
You'll own the full commercial relationship across the region: expanding existing accounts, closing new enterprise agribusiness partnerships, and acting as the connective tissue between Ceres AI's regional customers and the broader company.
What You'll Actually Do in Your First 30 Days
Get up to speed on the existing European customer base - accounts, renewal dates, health, and relationships - in close partnership with the CS team.
Map the agribusiness landscape across Spain and Portugal: key operators, agricultural capital groups,



and decision-makers.
Join renewal conversations alongside CS to understand account history and begin building direct customer relationships.
Build an initial new-business pipeline in Spain and identify expansion opportunities within existing European accounts.
What You'll Do
Generate new enterprise agribusiness partnerships across Europe
Build and run a targeted new-business pipeline across Spain, with continued new-logo development in Portugal.
Identify and develop opportunities with large permanent crop operators, agribusiness organizations, and agricultural capital groups.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation and close.
Own renewals in partnership with the Customer Success team
Work hand-in-hand with the established CSM team on renewal strategy, timing, and risk management for existing accounts.
