Madrid Compensation: €22,800 Base + €1,200 Variable Bonus.
Valencia Compensation:
€20,800 Base + €1,200 Variable Bonus.
Available Shifts: Morning (07:00–16:00), Afternoon (14:00–24:00), or Night (Madrid only).
Job Requirements
To guarantee the premium service our users expect, the following qualifications are mandatory:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar professional customer service or administrative role.
Language Mastery: Native or B2 proficiency in both German and English.
Legal Eligibility: Candidates must hold EU Citizenship and possess an active, valid passport.
Local Presence: We hire only local candidates. If you are applying from outside Spain, you must be prepared to move to Madrid or Valencia for on-site work.
