As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll be the first voice our prospects hear, calling unqualified leads, quickly assessing whether they match our idóneo client profile, and passing strong opportunities to our Account Executives. You’ll also research prospects, build target lists, and keep Salesforce accurate and up to date.

It’s a high-volume, fast-paced role that gives you hands-on exposure to the full B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, account management, and CRM operations.

Responsibilities





Lead Generation & Qualification (the core of the role)

Call unqualified leads directly, open the conversation, and qualify them against our ICP.
Pass on only the qualified, high-potential leads. Qualification is the deliverable — not a by-product of dialing.
Research and identify new prospect accounts and contacts that match our ICP.
Build and sharpen targeted account and contact lists for outbound campaigns.
Work the phone and LinkedIn to spark interest and create real opportunities.

Salesforce & Data Discipline

Log every interaction in Salesforce as it happens. Every call attempt, connect, qualification outcome, and status so the pipeline reflects reality in real time.
Keep accounts, contacts, activities, and opportunities accurate and up to date.
Maintain CRM hygiene by reviewing, cleaning, and updating records regularly.
