Job Description
PLEASE, NOTE: This is a fixed-term, 12-month position.
HR Generalist supports the implementation and delivery of key Human Resources activities for Spain & Portugal, with a strong focus on HR processes, HR administration, learning and development, and organizational initiatives. The role works closely with the HR team and business managers to ensure efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR processes, contributing to positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
Crucial actions are:
HR Processes Management
Support the implementation and monitoring of key HR processes, including the management of HR systems.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards,



and analyses to support organizational decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely updating of HR data within company systems and databases.
HR Administration
Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including hires, contract amendments, and terminations.
Support the administration payroll interface.
Collaborate with payroll providers and labor consultants to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Hiring & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Talent functions, recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Support onboarding activities and facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization.
Learning & Development
Coordinate and support corporate training initiatives and l
