Role Overview
We're looking for a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager to help grow our rewarded user acquisition business across multiple Tripledot Games.
You will manage a portfolio of rewarded channels, identify the strongest channel-and-game opportunities, and scale successful campaigns through continuous experimentation and optimisation.



Working alongside senior growth leaders and cross-functional teams, you will combine data, creative thinking and commercial judgement to drive sustainable player growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of rewarded user acquisition channels across multiple Tripledot Games.
Launch, monitor and optimise paid user acquisition campaigns across rewarded partners and other key acquisition channels.
Own campaign performance, budget allocation, ROI and spend optimisation across your portfolio.
Analyse campaign performance and player acquisition data, turning insights into clear optimisation decisions.
Scale successful channel-and-game combinations while continuously refining the portfolio based on performance.
Partner with Product Managers, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to define experiments, evaluate results and support growth priorities.
