We're looking for a true entrepreneur to take the lead: someone who builds the go-to-market strategy from scratch, drives sales and account management, and forges the relationships needed to turn this opportunity into a thriving regional practice.

Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Regional Lead to spearhead our expansion into Spain and Portugal. This dual role combines expanding an existing customer portfolio with building the Tryve Iberia entity from the ground up.



You'll lead the growth of our Iberian operations (starting in Spain), spot and pursue new business opportunities, and build the team that will carry this practice forward for the long term.

Go-to-Market Strategy
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Tryve Iberia, including budget planning, setting priorities, positioning and targets that align with Tryve's broader European expansion plan.

Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region, drive sales on your own customer portfolio, follow up on inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Partner Relationship (monday.com)
Build and manage the local relationship with monday.com, ensuring alignment on goals and leveraging the partnership to accelerate growth in the region.
