We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive product development projects from concept through industrialization. The idóneo candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with proven leadership skills, coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding technical decisions, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
Your Mission
As an Offer Technical Leader (OTL),



you will provide end-to-end technical leadership and ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations.
You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, product owners, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and successful project delivery.

Technical Leadership
Act as the main technical reference within the squad or project team.
Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear technical requirements.
Define technical specifications and lead engineering activities throughout the development process.
Evaluate technical feasibility and estimate the resources, budget, and timeline needed to achieve project objectives.
