Key Responsibilities

Deliver premium customer assistance to French-speaking users regarding advanced Fitbit wearables and health-tracking software
Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and GPS integration within the fitness ecosystem




Guide customers on how to maximize their wellness goals through data-driven insights provided by the platform
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving account, hardware, and synchronization issues with precision
Document user feedback to assist product development in the ever-evolving Fitness & Wellness landscape
Represent the brand with professional empathy, fostering long-term loyalty among the integral health community
Collaborate with international teams to share best practices for high-performance support standards

Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria (mandatory)
Strong passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and familiarity with health-tech products
Excellent communication skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving
