Supermicro is seeking a talented and passionate Application Engineer with expertise in software solutions, particularly in remote management products. You will be responsible for providing software solutions and support to our enterprise customers, as well as promoting Supermicro’s software products to deliver optimized end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software products and exceptional communication skills,



with the ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

Regular Technical Support duties: customer case handling, troubleshooting, and follow‑through to resolution.
Test automation for our software products (writing and maintaining automated test cases and scripts).
Development of internal tools for managers and other departments (reports, dashboards, workflow utilities).
VIP customer support: Primary or backup contact for high‑priority accounts
Contribution to company software projects (BMC, CMM, Redfish, etc.) — design reviews, testing, and coordination with SW/PM teams
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in automated testing is preferred
Knowledge and skill on Pytho
