Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking talented Application Validation Engineer to join the testing team based out of our San Jose headquarter office. This position will be working closely with BIOS and design team to test and validate storage components, systems, and 3rd party storage components; discover and resolve hardware and software issues collaboratively. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in enterprise storage and its components with strong testing knowledge,



able to work effectively in team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

Perform storage components, storage system, and all-flash storage testing

Conduct functionality testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, stress and reliability testing

Develop and validate newest storage solution for storage platforms with respect to industry standards

Evaluate all of the storage components and storage systems testing

Conceptualize, plan and execute the new storage design and development of test plan

Perform storage system and its component level analysis, definition, testing, performance debugging, optimization and documentation
Qualifications:
